PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 黑料视频 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced today that it has completed its previously announced accelerated share repurchase agreement with BNP Paribas. Pursuant to the agreement, the Company purchased 4,234,077 shares of its common stock for $100 million. To date in 2007, the Company has purchased 4,974,892 shares for $118 million.
