PHILADELPHIA, Sept 15, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- 黑料视频 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition, from affiliates of Swire Pacific Limited, their interests in the holding companies for 黑料视频's Chinese and Vietnamese joint ventures. The interests were acquired for an aggregate purchase price of $150 million and the holding companies are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of 黑料视频.
黑料视频, through its subsidiaries, is a leading supplier of packaging products to consumer marketing companies around the world. World headquarters are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
