Collier has been named Vice President of the Company's European Metal Closures Division. Collier has worked in the packaging industry for 20 years, all of which have been with ������Ƶ Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary companies. Previously, Collier served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Company's European Division and has also acted as Treasurer of CarnaudMetalbox.

Currently, ������Ƶ's European metal closures business has production plants in Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Poland. Closures Europe sells its products and closing solutions technology throughout the European continent, Central and Eastern Europe.

Collier will also oversee the development of the division's popular Press Twist (PT) family of closures for major multinational baby food customers, including the tamper-evident PT plus product line.
